We are looking for best candidates to fill positions as:

• Coordinate employee training and development programs according to company procedures and policies, including planning, implementing, evaluating, and budgeting costs.
• Coordinating the Fresh Graduate Development Program, Fresh Trainee Operators, Fresh Trainee Mechanics / Electrician / Tire, Fresh Trainee Supply Chain starting from planning, recruitment, implementation, placement, monitoring to evaluation, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum Bachelor of Psychology Education, preferably a Psychology Master with 5 years experience in Training & Development in mining contracting companies.
• Understand the concepts of training and development, especially concepts in the mining business sector.
• Communicative.
• Able to operate computers well (Microsoft office).
• Able to conduct psychological test administration, including making psychological recommendations.
