MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
(Assignment: Head Office)
Maintain the day-to-day operations and to assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Maintenance supervisor.
Requirements:

• Review existing preventive maintenance job and set up requirement for each preventive management job

MAINTENANCE PLANNING SUPERVISOR
(Assignment: KJA Site, Kalimantan)
Plan, schedule and monitor all maintenance activities pertaining to the project plant and equipment in order to ensure all maintenance activities in project are effective and efficient in timely manner conform to the project schedule and budget.
Requirements:
• Min. Diploma Degree with 10 years or Bachelor Degree with 7 years experiences in any major
• Min. 3 years experiences as a Maintenance Planner in mining industry
• Good command in English, both verbal and written
• Excellent Computer skill
• Familiar with maintenance engineering software
• Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements

Responsibilities:
• Work with Maintenance Superintendent to develop weekly, monthly and shutdown schedules for inclusion in the BMP (Business Mining Petrosea) plans by the Senior Mining Engineer with consideration to the work backlog and required resources to enhance the operational efficiency
• Plan and implement short term detailed mine execution plans using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis in order to enable short term control in term of achieving the long term mine plan
• Review defect notices and work requests in order to develop work backlogs
• Prepare and monitor the implementation of Shutdown planning in order to ensure all resources and materials are on hand when required
• Check and investigate all variances from target and report to Maintenance Superintendent in order to maintain data accuracy
• Originate, monitor and control requests for parts and resources in order to ensure they are available when required and without contributing to “overstock” and unnecessary storage of parts
• Support and advise Warehouse Controller regarding to stock level availability in order to determine accurate minimum and maximum stock levels

MINING ENGINEER

Ensure short term mine plan applied in daily mine operations, regarding to Pit & Dump design and sequence targets, and provide quick solutions on any operational problems on daily mine activities, aligned with current mine plan, in order to ensure productivity unit targets achievement.
Requirements:
• Min bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
• Min 2 (two) years experience in mining industry

Responsibilities:

PLANNING SUPERINTENDENT (REPORTING AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT)
(Assignment: Head Office)
Responsible for examining existing process, evaluating them within the context of organizational goals and proposing changes or enhancement to help achieve those goals. For reporting, this role is responsible for managing AMG Operational performance that consists of lagging indicator performance: Mechanical Availability (MA), Mean Time Between Stoppage (MTBS), and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
Requirements:
• Education & experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering in any discipline is preferred with minimum 8 years experiences in heavy/mobile equipment Maintenance Management or
- Minimum D3 Engineering (preferably Mechanical) with 12 years experiences in heavy/mobile equipment Maintenance Management or
- Min STM Mechanical/High School with 16 years experiences in heavy/mobile equipment Maintenance Management.

QA/QC ENGINEER
(Assignment: Timika, Papua)
Prepare and assist implementation of QA/QC function, documents, and deliverables management, by providing support and execution to project and works within EPM department. Main objective is to ensure, maintain, develop, all QA/QC practices are implemented in accordance with company quality policy and relevant Quality Management System compliance.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably having familiarity and experiences to QA/QC implementation upon oil and gas sector, marine construction and plant operation sector

• Min. Bachelor degree in related field

To prepare and provide comprehensive engineering approach and analysis to Asset Management operation in Energy sector (Mining, Oil and Gas Services, Construction) e.g. (but not limited to): Asset Life Cycle Cost, Rate, New asset purchase analysis, Asset disposal analysis, Asset improvement analysis etc., which eventually support effective and efficient Asset Management operation.
Requirements:
• Graduate degree (S1) in Engineering preferably in Mechanical Engineering, candidate with proven extensive experience (with ldifferent/ower academic qualification) is highly considered (min. 5 yrs)

Provide commercial/contracts management expertise to Management and clients; to review, analyze and administer various contract document, including the definition/s of scope of work, identification of both parties’ responsibilities, and interpretation of relevant contract conditions; to ensure that the project requirements are adequately delivered to the Client and Company is not exposed to unnecessary costs or penalties and in order to enhance Company’s effectiveness and efficiencies in term of minimizing such risk in commercial/contracts.

To provide expertise in the areas of Maintenance Strategies and Implementation across Asset Management, including but not limited to Equipment KPI review and Best Practice initiatives; To provide expertise in Eqp Selection & Modification works with Asset Engineering and related OEM; Actively participate in official forums both internally and externally involving CI and Best Practice Initiatives to contribute in development of CI culture within Asset Management Group.

• Min. S1 degree in Civil / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering with 5-8 years exp. in Mobile and Plant Maintenance in Mining Industry
